Vintage Hankscraft (Gerber) Model 240 Cool Mist Humidifier/Vaporizer

Probably one of the most popular and sought-after models of vintage cool mist humidifiers. Gerber produced this style of humidifier under their baby care name of "Hankscraft" and also under the Gerber name. While the humidifier says "Hankscraft", it is identical to the units for Gerber (note the model number is what defines the humidifier). These are workhorses that produce a fine mist of water vapor and run for approximately 18 hours continuously without needing a refill. They are easy to wash and maintain. This model also has a spout on top allowing the user to aim water vapor in the region of preference and also added height adjustments of low, medium and high. This unit begins producing cool mist quickly after it is plugged-in. Please look at all images. There is no damage to the unit, the base is a butterscotch color and the top a light cream color.
